Directions of use:

To body: Apply a small amount to the area/s of treatment. Rub vigorously until the area warms naturally. Apply as often as needed.

Inhalation: you will need a heat-resistant mixing bowl, hot water, and a cloth. Place the bowl of hot water on a table and add one teaspoon of Euca Winter Rub. Position yourself so your head can rest comfortably over the entrance of the bowl, and inhale the vapours by taking slow, deep breaths. Once you are comfortable, cover your head with a cloth for added effect. If at any point you are uncomfortable, stop immediately.
