The Euca Eco Box

Since Euca’s inception, we have always wanted to provide products that were great for both you and the environment. From what goes in the packaging to even the packaging itself. That is why we introduced Euca Eco Boxes, which are now available in all of our ranges!

Although the plastic we used for our products were fully recyclable, some councils still didn’t want to accept them and therefore these plastics ended up in landfill, adding to our waste crisis. Did you know plastics can take hundreds of years to break down and can even release harmful chemicals? Definitely not something Euca want to do.

Fortunately, the bright-minded and environment-loving team from Euca developed a way to reduce plastic waste and still deliver the best cleaning products right at your doorstep. The Eco Box! Made from easily recyclable materials and from over 30% of previously recycled plastics.

This major reduction in the use of plastic allows us to better take care of the environment and limiting the waste we create.

So how does the Eco Box work?

The Eco Box was designed to replicate a wine-cask-style packaging. It is made up of a fully recyclable plastic liner which holds the product, this is then placed in the Eco Box. It has a little hole at the bottom of the box which is where the product is released from. It is super easy to set up and use, double win we say!

Its other key benefits include:

• Easy to use, set up and pour
• Cardboard used is much cheaper compared to plastic drums
• Air tight which prevents active essential oils from escaping
• Can be used to refill any other container
• Plastic bladder is recycle #4 LDPE
• The cardboard is again recyclable
